10 Cent Android Apps
I skipped posting about Day 4 of the 10 cent Android apps. It wasn’t intentional but I can admit that I wasn’t that enthusiastic about Day 4.
First of all, one of the apps was Paper Camera which had already been released on Day 1 of the 10 cent Android apps. So I feel that they really only released 9 apps yesterday.
Another thing that bothered me was when I tried to download a game it wouldn’t let me because it is incompatible with your HTC 001HT.This item cannot be installed in your device’s country. My devices country is Japan as it has a Japanese SIM card in it. I would try it with an Irish SIM card but unfortunately Softbank, the Japanese mobile phone service it is connected with, have altered the firmware in such a way as to make it very difficult to enter an unlock code. (I will talk more about that later.)
It’s probably a good thing that I couldn’t download the game because it’s not as if I have much time to play but I’m not all that happy that I couldn’t.
I did download an app yesterday and a couple today too.
Day 4 and 5 of 10 cent Android Apps
- Shazam Encore – Music recognition app. Supposed to be pretty cool. I think it is like SoundHound which I already have installed but who knows I might use it sometime.
- Pano – Helps you take panoramic photos. Seems like a bit of fun.
- Kids Connect the Dots – Another app for my daughter. This is created by Intellijoy and they make some pretty cool apps for kids.
